Handouts/Notices
This is the most widely used module. Use this module for
announcements (e.g. "The exam is next Tuesday"), and for
distributing any file or message, such as the course syllabus, to the
entire class.
Only teachers can post messages to the Handouts/Notices module.
The Handouts/Notices module differs from the Lectures module only in its name.
