Hathor
(excerpt from presentation)
Hathor was/is a Kemetian female deity who was worshiped from at least 2,700 B.C., during the 2nd Dynasty. She is known as the Egyptian/Kemetian Cow god. The name Hator or Hathor means, The house of Heru.
She was usually depicted either as a cow or in human form wearing a crown consisting of a sun disk held between the horns of a cow.
Hathor was originally seen as the daughter of Ra and in early Egyptian mythology she is said to be the mother of the sky god. She is often seen as the goddess of fertility, mother-hood, music and beauty.
