Please don't relinquish that power - even if you've never been "trained" as a teacher. Who will teach them the family mission? Our people's mission? Who will connect the "subjects" to that mission? Are family traditions, rules, theories, values, ways of decision-making only to be taught as you can squeeze them in between the "real" subjects?
